Choose your usecase for agentic workflows
Healthcare teams carry a heavy burden of manual coordination across clinicians, operations teams, outreach staff, and patients. Agentic workflows can reduce that load by autonomously completing tasks that currently require repeated handoffs, follow-ups, prioritization, documentation, and escalation across multiple stakeholders.
Choose a practical use case that is currently slowed down by human interventions and manual processes. The HbA1c screening example is relevant because many patients need this screening every 6 months, making timely identification, outreach, scheduling, and follow-up a recurring care-management challenge.

Enter the Agentic Workflow Generator
Click Library in the left panel, click Workflows in the top menu, then click + New Workflow.
In the popup, use the Overview tab to name the workflow. In the Workspace tab, select the relevant workspace from the dropdown: Clinical Operations, Claims Management, or Diagnostics Triage. Click Create.
You are now in the workspace creation studio.
